How to set up PlayStation VR

Nowadays Virtual Reality (VR) is the order of the day as it is useful for education and immersive smooth gaming experience. PlayStation VR is the most comfortable VR headset to set up, so here are the steps to set up your PlayStation VR.

There are two versions of PlayStation VR headset, the first one is CUH-ZVR1, and the other is CUH-ZVR2. First, we’re going to learn the newer updated model CUH-ZVR2 to set up.

Steps to Set up the PlayStation VR CUH-ZVR2 headset:

1.    Attach the HDMI (TV) port on the Processor Unit or the small black color box that comes along with the PlayStation VR headset, to your TV.

2.    Connect the PlayStation Camera to your PlayStation 4. The camera should sit near 4.5-5 feet off the floor.

3.    Now plug an HDMI cable to your PlayStation 4, then connect the other end to the HDMI(PlayStation 4) port on the Processor unit.

4.    Attach the USB cable to the back of the Processor Unit, then before your PlayStation 4.

5.    Connect the power cord into a power outlet and then to the power input present on the backside of the Processor Unit.

6.    Joint the PSVR headset’s wire to the front side of the Processor Unit. You have to make two connections there. The cord and the device have corresponding symbols to simplify the connection.

7.    Attach your headphones to the lower part of the headset.

8.    Switch on your television and PlayStation 4. Ensure that the PS4 is operating the standard DualShock controller.

9.    Hit the power button on the lower of the front of the headset, when your headset successfully switches on, the light on the back of the headset will light up.

10.    You have to follow the on-screen directions to correctly setting the headset for you and your space.

Steps to set up the PlayStation VR CUH-ZVR1 headset:

1.    First connect the HDMI (TV) port on the Processor Unit, or the small black color box that comes along with the PlayStation VR headset, to your TV.

2.    Attach the PlayStation Camera to your PlayStation 4. The camera of the VR should sit near 4.5-5 feet off the floor.

3.    Now plug an HDMI cable to your PlayStation 4 and also to the HDMI(PlayStation 4) port on the Processor unit.

4.    Attach the USB cable to the back of the Processor Unit, then to your PlayStation 4.

5.    Connect the power cord into a power outlet and then to the backside of the Processor Unit of the headset.

6.    Turn back the connection cover on the Processor Unit and attach the PlayStation headset connection. There should be corresponding symbols on the cable and Processor Unit to help you sort out which connection goes where.

7.    Connect the PlayStation headset and earphones to the connection cord.

8.    Switch on your television and PlayStation 4, operating the standard DualShock controller.

9.    Hit the power button on the lower of the front of the headset, when your headset successfully switches on, the light on the back of the headset will glow.

10.    You have to follow the on-screen directions to correctly setting the headset for you and your space.

Connect the PS4 Move controllers

You’ll first attach the PS4 move controllers, which you wish to use with your PlayStation VR, here’s how you can do that

1.    Joint the Mini USB cord into the Move controller, then into a USB port on the front of PS4.

2.    Hold the PS button on the controller to couple it with the console.
