  1. Firstly, log in with another controller and move to the Settings which will be at its top menu. It will look like a suitcase.
  2. Press on Devices from its drop-down menu.
  3. Then, press Bluetooth Devices.
  4. After that, press on the PS4 controller that is not working.
  5. Click on the Options button of the controller. It will be present towards the right side of the display.

  5. Do a long press on the button for some time.
  6. Then, prefer connecting the controller to PlayStation 4 by USB cable.
  7. After that, power on your PS4 and wait till it completes its booting.
  8. Click the PlayStation button of the controller for signing to PS4.
  9. Lastly, have a look at the light box. It must be blue showing that DualShock 4 has got paired with the device.
